Washington Post states that Potomac Electric Pepco has the worst rating in various power reliability studies. According to the survey, the power reliability was very poor. More than 70 percent of Pepco customer experience more outages than ones of other big utilities in 2009. In March 2011, the company’s rating dropped a shocking 16 points.
